Working with me
Do you guarantee results?
Business results depend on the market and execution. The diagnostic gives you a clear review, a written plan and a walkthrough.
What does it cost?
CA$1,500 for the standard scope: one business and the problem we agree on the first call. That covers the review, the written plan and the walkthrough. Several businesses, extra ad channels or unusual complexity are quoted separately on that call, before any work starts.
Does the 90-day plan include doing the work?
No. The plan covers the next 90 days: what to fix first, why, and who should do it. Doing the work, your ad spend, paid tools and monthly advisory are separate, and only if you want them.
What happens after the diagnostic?
That's up to you. Take the plan and run it yourself or with anyone you choose. If you want me to stay on, monthly advisory is optional, with the scope and price agreed in writing up front, and you can stop any month.
What if my business is still an idea?
The diagnostic needs real sales or enquiry numbers to look at. If you don't have those yet, say so on the first call and I'll point you to something more useful instead.
Will you try to sell me one of your companies?
If one of them is the right fit, I'll say so, and I'll say I own it. You're free to take the plan to anyone, or do it in-house.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to your ad account and analytics, your last 90 days of sales, and 30 minutes of your time for the intake. Access is removed when we finish.
Who does the review?
I carry out the review and walk you through the findings myself.
Do you work with businesses outside BC?
Yes. The Growth Diagnostic runs on calls plus read-only access to your accounts, so you can be anywhere.
Where are the client case studies?
The experience described here comes from my own businesses. I only publish client work with permission.
Speaking
What do you charge to speak?
Keynotes (30 to 45 minutes) start from CA$1,500 and workshops (90 minutes) from CA$2,500. Podcasts and panels usually have no fee. Fees are in Canadian dollars. Travel inside the Lower Mainland is included; further away by agreement.
What do you talk about?
Paid social creative and the numbers behind it, AI agents and automation for small teams, and building a business self-taught. Every talk can be tailored to who is in the room.
Do you speak online?
Yes. I'm based in Chilliwack, BC, speak in person in the Lower Mainland and further by arrangement, and anywhere online.
We run a student or community event on a small budget. Should we ask?
Yes, ask anyway.
What do you need from us as organisers?
The date, the format, who is in the room and what you want them to leave with. Bios, an intro, photos and the practical details are on the media kit page.
About Paul
Who is Paul Rammeloo?
I've been building businesses since I was 18, and I taught myself every part of it. I built three ecommerce stores and scaled them to seven figures. I've spent more than $1M on Meta ads. I've built apps. Now I build AI agents and automations. I also help founders find what's holding their growth back.
Are the results on this site verified?
They're my own account of my past businesses. They aren't a promise of your results, and I don't name the stores or apps.
What companies do you run?
I run three: Black Reach Media (Meta advertising), Ring Side Leads (Managed lead generation), Manyhats Automations (AI agents and automation). Each has its own website. If one of them is the right fit for you, I'll say so and say I own it.
Where are you based?
Chilliwack, BC, Canada. I speak in person in the Lower Mainland, and the Growth Diagnostic runs on calls, so clients can be anywhere.
The writing
Is the writing free?
Yes. The guides, glossary and checklists are free to read and print. No sign-up.
Can I suggest a topic?
Yes. Email paul@paulrammeloo.com with the question you want answered.
Where do the statistics come from?
Every statistic links to the source I read, usually at the end of the article. If I could not find and read the original, I left the number out.
