Plain version: I only collect what you type into the contact form, I use it to reply to you, and I don't sell it.

Who I am
This site is run by Paul Rammeloo, sole proprietor (BC), based in Chilliwack, BC. For anything about your information, email paul@paulrammeloo.com.
What I collect
- What you send me. When you use the contact form: your name, email, and anything else you choose to fill in (company, website, revenue range, event details, your message).
- Basic security data. A one-way scrambled version of your IP address, used only to stop spam and repeated submissions. I can't turn it back into your IP.
- Anonymous usage counts. Which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked, without cookies and without identifying you.
What I use it for
To read and answer your enquiry, to arrange a call or a talk if we agree to one, and to keep the site working and free of spam. I don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask me to.
Cookies
This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. The spam check on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) may use what's strictly needed to tell people from bots.
Who else handles it
I use a small number of services to run the site. They process data for me, not for their own marketing:
- Cloudflare: hosting, the form, storage of enquiries, spam checks, email delivery and anonymous analytics.
- Google (Gmail): the inbox where I read and answer your email.
- Cal.com: if you book a time with me, the booking details you give there.
Some of these providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long I keep it
Form enquiries are deleted automatically after 24 months. Email conversations stay in my inbox for as long as we're working together, or until you ask me to delete them. If you ask me to record a walkthrough call, I only record after everyone on the call agrees, the file goes to you, and I delete my copy 30 days after the call.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you. Email paul@paulrammeloo.com and I'll answer within 30 days. I aim to handle personal information in line with Canada's PIPEDA and British Columbia's PIPA.
AI-generated images
Some images and short clips on this site were made with AI tools from photos of me, with my consent. Where a picture shows a scene that didn't happen as shown, it's marked "Illustrative image" next to it. My voice in any video is my own recording. I don't use AI images of other people, and nothing on this site shows a real event, client or result that didn't happen.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes too.
